Ballroom dance foundation continues with elegant Waltz and energizing Jive this week! Class Structured: 40 minutes: Ballroom dance lesson (waltz, tango, foxtrot, etc.) 40 minutes: Latin dance lesson (swing, cha-cha, rumba, etc.) 40 minutes: Practice and social dancing Our goals for each class: 1) Experience the joy and health benefits of dance. Expect some cardio work! 2) Build connections and support. No partner needed! We’ll rotate partners during class, so no one is left out. 3) Ensure privacy, safety, and dignity. No photos or videos unless everyone consents. Please share any other concerns you may have - I want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. Dress casually and comfortably. Please bring indoor dance shoes or be ready to dance in socks. Street shoes are not allowed in the studio. Sundays 3pm-5pm Location: 14505 S Center Point Way, Bluffdale, UT 84065 Cost: $10 if purchased online in advance $15 at the door Student rate $5 at door * Free for more experienced dancers.
